"Exceptional"
I love everything about the Grace Hotel and I stay there every time I go to Sydney. The staff are warm and friendly, the facilities and cleanliness is 'top notch' and the beds super comfy. There are many cafes & restaurants around you + the Queen Victoria bldg is a five minute walk away. I wouldn't stay anywhere else!

Bed & Pillows super comfortable, room was larger than normal. Complimentary mini bar items each day was great addition. Conveniently located close to QVB, train station, shops and restaurants

Checking in and out was very smooth and simple, room was clean and neat and well appointed, bed and pillows were very comfortable and the historic details around the hotel were a nice touch.

Super efficient, easy check in & lovely proffessional staff. Our room was absolutely spotless & the bed was superb, including the most luxurious king size pillows! Great shower with rainfall plus hand held wand, hot water came through quick. Would stay here again without question.

The historic gothic architecture of this building is unique to Sydney. The timber paneling & marble floors are iconic & to my mind not seen in other hotels in Sydney. Location is perfect for inner city exploration. Facilities were good enough for this hotel. The suite was impressive in terms of size. More suited to a family! Free non-alcoholic drinks in minibar a nice touch.

The rooms are huge for Sydney, I know you don't spend much time in the room but it's nice to have some space to stretch out. The bed is big and very comfy. The free mini bar is also a welcome surprise, hotels seem to slug you for everything or provide nothing and this was a welcome change.

Gorgeous hotel, with its history on the walls which was a great read and detail in the hotel was amazing. The room was perfect just what we were looking for, smaller room but felt large and open.
